Our mission is to humanize conversations around mental health and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) by fostering awareness and understanding. We aim to inspire individuals to create positive change through mental health awareness and cultural humility. We want you to learn about the important intersection between mental health and DEI and continue exploring how bias and cultural programming shape our belief systems, thoughts, and behaviors.
What services do you offer?
We offer a range of services, including keynote speaking. The workshops and training range from 1 hour to 4 hours, all depending on the client’s availability. You can find more information about the services here.
What is the difference between Mental Health Essentials and Mental Health Comprehensive training?
Mental Health Essentials is an introductory course that covers fundamental concepts of mental health, stress management, and how to support yourself or others experiencing mental health challenges. Mental Health Comprehensive training is an advanced training ventures into complex mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and identity-related challenges. It provides participants with a deeper understanding to address mental health in themselves and their communities.
