Hate and discrimination against Asians and Asian Americans can be dated back to the 1880s. Anti-Asian hate during COVID time has spotlighted the centuries-old challenge that millions of Asian Americans are facing and experiencing in this country. Hate and discrimination such as racism can have detrimental negative effects on people’s mental health and their overall wellbeing. Please join me in this important course to learn more about how we can stop Ant-Asian hate and learn to provide practical support to people that have experienced hate and discrimination such as racism.
