Historically, companies just wanted to provide diversity/inclusion training to check off their HR box. Organizations just wanted to learn about mental health without addressing cultural considerations. Based on my experience, we can’t address diversity/inclusion without talking about MH and vice versa. The biggest word in mental health is stigma and the biggest word in diversity/inclusion is bias. They are two sides of the same coin. Please join me in this course to learn about the important intersection between mental health and DEI.
